1 The organiser of the campaign is the

website www.lacoste.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “E-Shop”), whose owner

and administrator is Devanlay Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in

Warsaw (00-120 Warsaw), ul. Złota 59, NIP: 7010341947, REGON: 146127374,

entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the

capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under KRS number

0000419724, share capital of PLN 13,038,100.00; e-mail: info@lacoste.pl

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”). 

2. The

Campaign is active in stationary shops of the Lacoste retail network in Poland

and in the Lacoste E-Shop.


3.

Individuals with full legal capacity can participate in the Campaign.


4. The

Campaign is valid from 01/08/2024 to 13/09/2024 during the opening hours

of shops and 24/7 in the Lacoste E-Shop.


5. The

Campaign applies to a selected range of available products.


6.

Participation in the Campaign shall be tantamount to acceptance of the Terms

and Conditions.


7. A

participant may take part in the Campaign multiple times during the Campaign

validity term. 


8. As part

of the Campaign, a “-20%” discount on the current selling price of selected

products when buying at least 2 products and “-30%” discount when buying at

least 3 products is applied. 

9. The

discount is applied to each product included in the Campaign once the Campaign

eligibility conditions, as set out in these Terms and Conditions, have been

met.

10. The Campaign participant is entitled to

withdraw, in accordance with separate provisions, from the contract of sale of

the products purchased during the Campaign.


11. By

entering the Discount Campaign described in these Terms and Conditions, the

customer is deemed to have read these Terms and Conditions.


12. These

Terms and Conditions are the only binding document setting out the rules of the

Discount Campaign and any content of advertising and promotional materials is

for information purposes only.

13. All

enquiries related to the Campaign should be sent to: info@lacoste.pl. 


14. The

provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not affect or limit the warranty

rights of customers.


15. The

provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable legal regulations

shall apply in matters not governed by the Terms and Conditions.


16. The

Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 01/08/2024.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AT THE LACOSTE.CZ STORE?

To place an order on the lacoste.cz website, add the product to the cart (optionally, first login to your user account). Go to your basket, check whether our order agrees and confirm or provide the data for shipment. In the next step, we go to the payment method selection, we make the payment and expect to receive an email confirming the registration of the order (this may take up to 20 minutes).
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

After placing the order, you may call our customer service for cancellation. Please note that, cancellation is only available on "order preparing" process. After your order is prepared and shipped, you can not cancel the order.

    Delivery time is approximately 2-6 business days for Czech. You will receive an e-mail from GLS about delivery process, T&T link and reschedule of delivery via Flex Delivery Service.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN I TRY TO DELIVER MY PARCEL?

    GLS will undertake another delivery attempt if the first one failed. If the sender activated the FlexDeliveryService for this parcel, you can choose between several delivery options for the next delivery attempt. If no option is chosen, GLS will automatically make a second delivery attempt to the originally given address.
    HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED IN LACOSTE.CZ?

    You can return any purchased products (other than customized products and underwear). We accept online returns within 30 days from the day you receive the products. Please note that it's not possible to return or exchange purchases made online to our stores OR return or exchange purchases made in our stores to online store. Please return your products in their original condition, withoout being worn or washed. Please allow up to 15 working days before contacting us about your return. It's important to note that refunds can vary according to your bank. We thank you for your understanding. Returned products that are not complying with our return policy will be returned to you without any refund.

    Yes, the returned order should be packed with the original packaging, eg in the case of shoes - cardboard. The transport packaging (cardboard) is intentionally adapted to a convenient return procedure.
